Our office helps customers to find property, residential and commercial, and provides the most professional service with a great personal attitude.
In addition, we receive from our customers apartments for sale and for rent and we find the match, buyers or renters, as applicable.
We are doing the best to satisfy our customers and provide excellent service.
We have a list of properties, changing and updating every week, some property can be viewed on our site. If you have seen a particular property from our published list you are welcome to contact us for more details and to make an appointment to visit the property.
Another option, if you believe you know what you are looking for, you are welcome to contact us and detail us with what is your preferred area, what characterizes the property you want. If you do have special requirements (such as a budget, balcony, parking, etc.) please let us know and in accordance with your settings, we will do the best to find for you the most suitable property to your desires.
To advance a deal the customer is required to pay a deposit.
In rental deals the deposit amount is 10% of the rental monthly payment.
This deposit will be refunded should the other party to the transaction cancels or regrets .
In any case where the customer requests to cancel for reasons unrelated to the negotiation the money will not be refunded.
